SPECIAL EVENT HOSTS

Volunteers are on-call for exhibition openings, after hour events, or other special events to greet museum guests, distribute programs, check coats, crowd management, or provide directions. Most events occur at night and/or weekends.

Requirements

• Able to walk and stand for extended periods
• Interest in helping visitors to enjoy their visit
• Effective communication skills, including tact and courtesy
• At least 16 years old
